Devin Holland oversees Real Estate Title & Escrow’s offices in Fenwick Island, DE, Salisbury, MD and Ocean City, MD. Devin’s role as a Vice President focuses on creating and nurturing relationships with a wide variety of lenders, realtors and community members. Additionally, maintaining regional operations oversight and growth planning. Devin ensures our branch associates work in concert to create a seamless transaction from contract to closing and that they provide clients with a high level of communication throughout the settlement process. Prior to joining RETE, Devin was a Title Services Representative with Mid-Atlantic Settlement Services in Ocean City, Maryland. From 2004 to 2006, Devin was a realtor with Coldwell Banker. He is a member of the Coastal Association of Realtors and the Maryland Land Title Association. Devin was honored as the Coastal Association of Realtors Affiliate of the Year in 2011 and 2012. Devin serves as a member of the Ocean City and Salisbury Chambers of Commerce. He lives in Berlin, Maryland, with his wife and daughters.
Manager - Easton Office
Craig Rohrer manages Real Estate Title’s office in Easton, MD. Prior to joining RETE, Craig worked for Fountainhead Title Group, RGS Title, and Sage Title Group. Craig is a licensed title agent with more than 15 years of knowledge and experience behind him. Craig prides himself on providing unparalleled service from beginning to end of each settlement he conducts. With his extensive knowledge of the title process, Craig is able to focus his efforts on smooth settlements and happy clients.
Craig is involved with many Realtor organizations including Mid-Shore Board of Realtors, Maryland Farm Bureau, along with the Maryland Land Title Association.
In his spare time, Craig is an avid outdoor sportsman. He enjoys fishing, horseback riding, and wakeboarding.
Settlement Agent- Easton Office
Kris Wibright has served in the title business for over 30 years. Kris is a licensed Settlement Officer/Marketing Representative based in our Easton office serving Maryland’s Eastern Shore, focusing on the counties of Talbot, Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s. With such an expansive territory, Kris enjoys traveling to meet with her clients. Realizing that buying, selling or refinancing one’s home is one of life’s most important transactions, Kris strives to create not only the utmost professional experience but a settlement that’s enjoyable and stress free! Prior to Real Estate Title & Escrow, Kris worked for The Fountainhead Title Group, which became RGS and later became Sage Title. Kris started her career in Annapolis & with her then co-manager, eventually opened a branch in Easton. Happily living life on the Choptank River, Kris enjoys farming, horseback riding, wakeboarding, golf & tennis. Kris is an active member of the Mid Shore Board of Realtors, MLTA and Maryland Farm Bureau. Every September, Kris co-hosts a horseback ride @ Tuckahoe State Park (Saddlin’ up for Breast Cancer) to benefit the Maryland Red Devil’s. Kris also enjoys riding in the Chestertown, Denton & St. Michael’s Christmas parades with the Maryland Rough Riders.
Brian Glancy, Esquire
Manager Middletown Office, Delaware Counsel
For more than 20 years, Brian has been representing clients in all three Delaware counties in residential and commercial real estate settlements, as well as helping clients with Will Preparation and Estate Administration.
Brian is a graduate of the University of Delaware and a cum laude graduate of Widener University School of Law. He has taught numerous seminars to fellow attorneys on real estate and title matters in addition to working as an instructor in civil procedure in the University of Delaware’s continuing education department. Brian is involved with several community organizations and sits on the Board of Directors of MOT Charter School in Middletown, Delaware
Stephen T. Greenwood, Esquire
Manager – Salisbury, Eastern Shore Offices Counsel
Steve Greenwood is a well-respected attorney on the lower shore of Maryland engaged primarily in the practice of real estate law in Wicomico County Maryland. He returned to his native Salisbury in 1994 after nine years in Montgomery County. He brings to RETE thirty years worth of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions. In addition, he has been educated in advanced underwriting for title insurance and is experienced in the handling of complex title issues. Prior to joining RETE, Steve was the President and owner of Coastal Title & Escrow located on Eastern Shore Drive in Salisbury and has served as Vice President and Legal Counsel for a national title insurance underwriter. Mr. Greenwood received his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salisbury State College. Active in the community, he has served on the Board of Directors for Salisbury Neighborhood Housing Service, Habitat for Humanity of Wicomico County and served on the Education Committee for the Coastal Association of REALTORS®.
In February 2017, Mr. Greenwood was awarded the State of Maryland Governor’s Volunteer Service Certificate recognizing his dedication to the community and years of volunteer service.
Settlement Officer and Marketing Associate
Danielle is a Settlement Officer and Marketing Associate for Real Estate Title & Escrow’s Eastern Shore operations. Danielle coordinates all facets of the transaction, creating a fully transparent and informed settlement experience for our clients and partners. Danielle’s earns her clients’ confidence by focus on comprehensive communication and providing a high level of professionalism and efficiency. Danielle was awarded her Bachelors’ Degree from Salisbury University and is dedicated to continuing her professional development in the Title Industry.
Christopher G. Mancini, a native and lifetime resident of the Delmarva Shore, brings over 10 years of legal experience in his role as Managing Branch Attorney for our Fenwick Office. Chris is a licensed attorney in both Delaware and Maryland. He focuses his practice in real estate law in both Maryland and Delaware. Chris is known for his creative problem-solving skills and his ability to provide customers and clients with practical solutions tailored to their individual needs. He is a trained mediator and also practices in the area of Trusts and Estates and engages in Will preparation.
Prior to focusing his practice on real estate, Chris served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Honorable Scott D. Shellenberger, in Baltimore County, MD.
Chris attended Worcester Preparatory School in Berlin, Maryland. After high school, he attended Washington College, where he received his B.A. in Business Management while playing four years of lacrosse.
Chris received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, in 2012.
Chris and his wife, Sami, love living in Fenwick and working at the beach. Chris is dedicated to the real estate community as well as the general Delmarva community at large.
